Merry Christmas, Everybody!

I have two things I want to share with you:

2. My mama found this music video online the other day, and I wanted to share it, especially since we adopted my sister Lindsey 3 years ago as of Monday, and because it's Christmastime:

Wow!!!

A few nights ago, we went to an adoption banquet. We shared our story, and watched a video that had a whole bunch of facts about orphans and adoption, and one of the facts was there is over 163 million orphans worldwide, and if you wanted to look at each and every one of those children for one second, it would take you over 50 years -nonstop- to look them all in the eye. Over 50 years! Is that not just plain SAD, besides being completely mind-blowing!?!?!?!

What's your thoughts on that???

We're Adopting!

We're adopting a teenager!!! Late May we found out about her. June 11th, we met her. July 12th we signed the Intent to Adopt papers, and Lindsey moved in with us.
