Baby Update!

Just wanted to post this pic real quick so you guys could see how our babies are doing. (Sorry about the blurriness.)

Yup, they're still pretty ugly, but not as much as before. Well, that's all for now. I'll post again in a few days.

Baby birds!!!

Yesterday, I took a peek in the nest, and we finally have 4 tiny baby birds!!!! When I looked 2 days ago, there were still 4 robins-egg blue eggs in there (see first pic). Yesterday when I looked, three had hatched, but the fourth was still an egg (see second pic). I looked this morning, (see third pic) and now we have all 4 babies!!! My guess is that I looked yesterday right after the first 3 hatched, and the fourth hatched right after.

Well, that's all. I just wanted to share this because it's so exciting!! I will post again when something new happens.

The robins are back!

So, you remember last year when I posted about the robins on the porch, and the baby fell out of the nest? So the robins came back again this year, and they're on the porch again, except on the other side this time...

So Lindsey climbed up yesterday to see if there was anything in it yet, since we've seen the daddy bird working for a couple of weeks. Sure enough, there are 4 robins-egg blue eggs in it!!

We think that they were laid last week, and the incubation step takes 12-14 days. So, if we're right, we'll have baby birds next week! I'll post again when something new happens!!!

Wedding!

A few weekends ago, me and my family went down to Jacksonville Beach, Florida for Mama's cousin Matthew's (Matt's) wedding. The wedding was short but sweet, and I got to be the flower girl!!!!!!! Don't I look cute in my flower girl dress?

The church was small, and it was built in 1888, and then moved to its current location where it is now.

Over to the side, there's a cottage where the Maid of Honor, Monica (the bride), and me, at times, got ready.

After the ceremony, and before the reception, Matt and Monica allowed some time for pictures. We went to a fountain that was nearby, and took some cool pictures, and then we walked by the St. Johns River and took lots of cool pictures there, like this one.

And then we went to the reception and had dinner, and then the kids danced and had fun for a few minutes, and then Matthew and Monica had their first dance, and Monica's youngest boy Devin, during their first dance, came up to them with a plate of cheese, and they both had some cheese during their first dance!!!! I thought that was so cute!!!

Then, after that, Monica and her mom danced together, and then Matt and his mom danced together, and anybody could dance, then they did cake, and then we did more dancing, and then Monica did the bouquet toss, and then the garter removal, and then Matt threw the garter, then some more dancing.

The next morning, Matt and Monica went down to Jacksonville Beach to do some pictures of 'Trash the Dress'. Monica went barefoot (wise plan), but everybody else wore flip-flops. Then we took off our flip-flops and went down to the beach to take pictures. When we came back, all our shoes except for Matt's croc's were gone.

So other than that, I had a lot of fun!!!!!!!!

Snow!

Yesterday, when we were at church, it SNOWED!!!!!!!!!!!! I was so happy! Where Mama was, she said that the blinds over the windows always go up at the end of service, and when they went up, everyone cheered!! And when I went out, almost everything (but not pavement) was white! To me it was a blizzard, but Mama said it wasn't!!

Oh, and I heard that Athens, Georgia got 9 inches of snow! That's a lot of snow for Georgia, y'all!

So that's what happened here yesterday!!♥♥

I'm 8 at last!

At last! I am 8 years old, and I still can hardly believe it! I had a fun day both September 28th & 29th. The 28th was a party, and the 29th was a tea party with friends (Shelby, Katie, Alexa, and me.) So I had a lot of fun. Here are a some presents I got: An 18 inch bike, a lot of craft stuff, monkey slippers (See a post about these monkey slippers here.), some new pj's, a sleeping bag, a lantern for camping, and some other things, too. I like being 8 because then I feel like being ready for more responsibility, and I feel way older. So I really like being 8!

IT WAS SO MUCH FUN!!!!!!

Last Friday, I was in a play. It was "Anne of Green Gables". (For about who I was, see the previous post). I had so much fun! Long, but fun. For those of you who were there, I know you agree! But anyway, we had a lot of fun! I loved it so much, I was sad when it was over.

Hmm, there was a lot of people there. We invited my Granma, my Granpa, my Daddy, one of my aunts, and a couple of cousins. So there was a lot of people. Anyway, I had lots of fun!!!
