I saw a...
... Praying Mantis!! Earlier this year I raised baby Praying Mantises even though more than half died, the ones that did live we let out in different areas. So anyway, I saw one today, so then we looked up some stuff (Google of course), and guessed that it was probably one of the ones that we raised.
I thought that was really cool.

Yea! That must have been exciting. We saw a mom while we were visiting Alex's grandma's last weekend... but it would have been more fun if it was one we'd raised ourselves. We released some babies this summer but haven't seen any yet.

I am one of the web developers at Johnson Ferry Baptist Church. My supervisor told me to take a look at your blog, because my 11 year old son is also wanting to start blogging. Wow! I can't wait to show him what you have done. Your blog is wonderful. I also love praying mantises and other cool bugs. Right outside our front door we often find some cool ones. (Shh! Don't tell my boss, but I snuck a few pictures of a mantis and a cicada that I found on my front porch onto our web server for you to see. I think you will like them!)
