My Dollhouse

This is my dollhouse. When Granma (Mama's mom) made this dollhouse, Mama was about five, so the dollhouse is 30 years old. Yeah, old. So now its in my playroom. doll house

I love this house, and speaking of doll's and dollhouse's, let me tell you about a book I love. Its called The Doll's House. And Tasha Tudor illustrated it! For more about her, click here. So anyway, as I was saying, in this book, there is a family of dolls, that live in a dollhouse. They are the Plantaganet family: Mr. Plantaganet, Mrs. Plantaganet (Birdie), Tottie, Apple, and Darner (the dog). Tottie, a wooden doll, Apple, a plush doll, Mrs. Plantaganet, a celluloid doll, and Mr. Plantaganet, a glass doll. Anyway, I love my dollhouse!
